Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel with less than 14 days’ notice, we won’t be able to offer a reschedule or refund. However, you’re welcome to find someone else to take your spot.

Make-Up Classes:

&Build Pottery does not offer make-up classes or refunds for last-minute cancellations due to illness, emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the schedule allows, we will do our best to accommodate a make-up class, but you must notify us at least two weeks in advance to be eligible.

Pick-Up Policy:

Student work will be stored for up to two months after it is ready for pick-up. Any pieces left beyond this period may be discarded or donated.

Breakage Policy:

We do not provide reimbursements for pieces that are damaged due to student error. However, if an unexpected accident occurs while your work is being handled by the instructor, we will fire the backup piece you created during class at no additional cost.
