Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel with less than 14 days’ notice, we won’t be able to offer a refund. However, you’re welcome to find someone else to take your spot.

Make-Up Classes:

&Build Pottery does not offer make-up classes or refunds for last-minute cancellations due to illness, emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you’d like to reschedule the class, you must notify us at least two weeks in advance.

Pick-Up Policy:

Student work will be stored for up to two months after it is ready for pick-up. Any pieces left beyond this period may be discarded or donated.

Breakage Policy:

Kindly be aware that the studio does not accept liability for cracked or damaged pieces. It is understood that certain imperfections, like cracks, may occur naturally during the ceramic process.
We do not provide reimbursements for pieces that are damaged due to student error. However, if an unexpected accident occurs while your work is being handled by the instructor, we will fire the backup piece you created during class at no additional cost.
